About the minimix version: This minimix is actually made by Rita Liebrand. It was a megamix requested by the record company based on Rita's excellent DJ work
and her love for R&B. Rita entered Ben's Studio with a stack of tracks, samples, rhythms and a clear plan how to put them all together. Ben this time took the 'backseat', assisting Rita in technical matters. Rita Liebrand at the "wheels of steel". Rita has won the award for best mixing DJ in Germany in 1994. About the original version: The original Version was a song by Prince, made into an even bigger hit by Sinead O'Conner. Her famous video, where she cries
just that little bit at the right moment, contributing substantually to the succes. Other ingredient is the sax riff from Guru Josh which fit in perfectly on half tempo. Both tracks where at the top of the charts in the spring of 1990. (Ben Liebrand)
About the minimix version: The Minimix is a more rhythmic and percussive version of the original including bassline and the saxriff from Guru Josh's Infinity.
